Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
Add the eggs and beat, then add vanilla beat well.
Sift 2 cups flour and baking powder.
Add to the cream mixture to form a soft but firm dough. Add more flour if needed.
Roll out on floured surface cut dough with a 1 inch round cutter .
Place in a cupcake pan add 1 teaspoon jam to each cup.
Bake on 180 deg for 20 - 25 minutes
