500g chana flour
Add half cup milk &
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Rub well
In a pot heat 1 & threequater cup ghee (Clarified butter)
Add chana flour
Braise for 1 hour till brown..allow to stand for a few hours
Add in 500g icing sugar
4 tablespoon klim
Add sliced almonds and mix in kenwood till soft..
