INGREDIENTS
Cashew and coconut cake

1 cup flour, sifted
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup warm water
½ cup oil
4 eggs separated
100g slab of Cadbury’s Cashew and Coconut Chocolate,
grated
METHOD
METHOD
Mix flour, castor sugar, baking powder and egg yolks together. Add oil, water and vanilla essence. Beat well. Fold in grated chocolate and stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a well greased baking pan or into cupcake cases and bake at 180deg until done.(for cupcakes about 15-18 minutes.. for a big cake 25-30 minutes)
Decorate with whipped fresh cream and grated fresh coconut...
