1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking
1 dessert spoon ghee (Clarified butter)

Mix everything together in a stand mixer. Add water to form a soft dough. Knead with oily hand roll into a big Roti poke wholes with a for pre bake for 15 minutes. When cooled spread sauce of your choice.
Steaks (use any steak filling of your choice)
U can add any topping of your choice.
Bake on 180 deg for 10 minutes until cheese melted, cut into slices
