Saffron Chicken Bolti

4 chicken breast (cubes)
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 tblspn oil
1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
1 clove garlic chopped
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon saffron threads
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup buttermilk or plain yogurt
Braise onion until light and brown. Add chicken and spices, cook until meat change color then add the buttermilk and saffron cook for 15mins
Boil spaghetti tender drain toss into chicken, before serving add ½ cup fresh cream serve with thinly sliced crispy chips (I used pur)
