RECIPE
½ kg mutton/steak
1 ½ teaspoon fresh ginger garlic
2 slit green chillies
salt
1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon chillie powder
¼ teaspoon haldi
2 teaspoon steak and chops spice
2 tablespoon mayonaise
marinate.braise 1 large onion in ghee (Clarified butter) add meat let it fry 4 a few minutes add ½ cup sourmilk,4 tablespoon ground tomato and 4 tablespoon tomato puree..let it cook till gravy is thick.add boiled soft potatoess.sprinkle with chopped dhania (coriander)
