125gr butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 ½ cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Beat everything together for 10 minutes
Fill cupcake cases & bake 10 - 15 minutes on 180 deg
Icing
125gr butter
2 cups icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon milk
Beat every together until creamy
Pipe as desired...
