INGREDIENTS
Store bought croissant (or a homemade one if you ambitious and very industrious)
Lettuce leaves (variety )
Cucumber slices
Avocado slices (if in season or you like them)
Tussers cheese slices or a combination of cheeses
Salt and pepper freshly ground
METHOD
Lightly warm the croissant. Layer in the ingredients generously and sprinkle s&p to taste.
Serve with a fresh smoothie or juice or hit the road running with a mug of Coffee!
Perfect for summer light meals..
Variation:
Add chicken/steak or cold meats.
