Nazz famous Pavlova

Makes 1 large
First Put oven on 180 .
6 xtra large egg whites.or 7 large egg whites
Beat til fluffy and peaks form.
Add gradually 1 cup sifted castor sugar
Beat till dissolved
15ml sifted maizena (corn flour) directly
5ml white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Line an oven proof dish with bakin paper
Spray and cook the sides dat does not have the bakin paper aswell as the entire dish
Spoon the mixture and shape it wit a fork and level it.
Put in oven and imediately reduce heat to 110' for 1hr.switch of the oven.leave in oven with oven door slightly open to cool completely.longer the betta.
2x 250ml fresh cream
1 tub cream fraishè(woolies)
Beat fresh cream til almost firm den Take 1 and half cup castor sugar and add to cream and beat
Add the cream fraishè to above and break down wit your spatula and beat.
Pour the filling ova the pavlova and decorate
With finely chopped fruit of your choice
Kiwi strawberries pomegranate mangoes and granidilla
Last do a dusting of icing sugar ova the fruit fr dat added sweetness
