METHOD
4 egg whites + 1 teaspoon vinegar beat slow then on high for 3 to 4 minutes250g sugar + ½ tablespoon. Corn flour 2 tablespoon. Cocoa powder whisk Now whisk on slow a a tablespoon at a time when all in keep whisk 4 to 5 minutes till fluffy Bake for 180 for turn down to 150 right before putting in and bake for 1 hour 45 then cool in the oven
Whipping 200g cream soft to sift the cream Add on the middle of the pavlova add on topping
