Recipe can be halved
5 cups flour
15ml salt
10ml sugar
10g instant dry yeast
25g margarine
100ml luke warm milk
2 large eggs beaten
200ml luke warm water
Mix flour,salt and sugar together..add yeast and mix..rub in the margarine..add milk,beaten egg and enough of the lukewarm water to form a soft dough..knead well until smooth and elastic..cover with plastic and allow to rise..once risen,knock down,roll out and cut with cutter..leave to rise..once risen fry in hot oil till puffy and done..enjoy with butter and cheese..
