INGREDIENTS
2 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced into discs)
Oil
Green chilli
Curry leave
Mustard seeds
2 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon tumeric
½ teaspoon dhanajeera powder
1 teaspoon gram flour
Salt
METHOD
Heat oil with curry lean green chilli and mustard seeds
When mustard starts to sputter add potatoes
Leave for 3 to 4 minutes
Then add all spices with gram flour
Allow to cook
Remove from oil and serve hot as a side to dhal and rice or kari kichri
