Cubed chicken fillets. Marinate with:
Dhana jeeru (cumin)
Olive oil/ghee (Clarified butter)
Cook chicken on medium heat. When halfway done add sliced mushrooms & coloured peppers. When almost done add a small tin of creamstyle sweetcorn, freash cream & sour cream or greek yoghurt. Mix well and stir into pasta. Garnish with parsley.
