125g butter
Three quarter cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy
Then add
2 eggs,1 at a time
2 teaspoon baking powder
Half teaspoon vanilla
Approx 2 cups flour to make a soft dough
Pat three quarter of of the dough into pan..spread well with apricot jam
Grate remaining quarter of dough on top of jam
Sprinkle with 100 1000s..bake at 160 till done
Whilst warm cut in fingers/blocks
Sift icing sugar
