Ingredients : 1 kg pickle mangoes (peeled pitted & cut in cubes) 1 - 1 ½ tablespoon Salt (adjust according to taste) ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1½ tablespoon chilli powder (adjust according to heat of your choice) 1 tablespoon Paprika 3 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala 3 tablespoon mustard seeds ±¼ cup oil
Mix mangoes in the above spice then add the oil toss.
Syrup : 3 tablespoon cake flour 3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 2 cups white vinegar 1 cup water 500g golden syrup 2 cups white sugar
Combine flour, maziena, Water and vinegar in a pot. On medium heat bring to a boil, until thick and sticky. Add sugar and golden syrup to make a paste. Now consistency will be thin. Remove from heat and add to the mango. Mix well
