Steak Rolls

500g steak, cut into thick strips
1 tablespoon BBQ 6 gun grill (bought from akhalz)
Salt to taste
½ tablespoon steak and chop spice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 heaped teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Marinade steak with above for an hour, cook for 5 minutes then add 2 tablespoon of the ffg:
BBQ sauce
Tomato sauce
Mayonnaise
Peri peri Sauce
And cook until steak is done.

Caramelized onion :
1 onion sliced into rings
Saute with 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil until soft and transparent. Add 1 teaspoon brown sugar and some honey ½ teaspoon and vinegar ¼ teaspoon. Leave to caramelized until nice golden.

Salad :
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber

6 rolls slit,
Spread Mayo or thousands Island, then the onion sprinkle cheese, add cooked steak then the salad ingredients & Serve
