Heat a little ghee (Clarified butter) or oil in a pot with whole Jeeru (Cumin), mustard seeds and curry leaves. When slightly brown, add in potatoes and cook on low heat until soft. Mash lightly. Cool and add steers garlic and sweet chilli sauce. Chop in lots of green dhania (coriander)
