Caramel Dessert with ghaas

1 tin Caramel treat
1 cup fresh cream (whipped)
1 packed Marie biscuits (Caramel flavor, crushed)
1 cup water
2 tablespoon coffee granules
Prepare coffee and set aside. Beat caramel smooth ± 2- 3 minutes, then fold whipped cream into caramel.
In a pyrex or individual bowls,Layer biscuits . Pour coffee over biscuit, then pour Caramel mousse over biscuits. Leave to set
ghaas
1litre milk
2 ¼ teaspoon ghaas powder
Heat together above
Add sugar to taste ¾ - 1 cup
Bring to boil continuously stirring. Transfer to another dish to cool, stir occasionally so that the ghaas does not set. Pour over set mousse refrigerate. Decorate as desired
