Vanilla & fresh cream cake

125g butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
½ teaspoon bicarb of soda
¾ cup milk
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs beat again. Add bicarb and beat. Sift flour, Add to the cream mixture alternating with milk Beat. Pour into 2 well greased 20cm round tin bake for 30 minutes on 180 deg. Decorate as desired
