INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillets½ teaspoon whole jeeroo½ teaspoon fine jeeroogreen masala to taste3 big onions, finely choppedchopped greens
METHOD
Process chicken fillets in food processor. Cook in pot with a little water,jeeroo, lemon juice, salt, green masala, pinch of arad (Turmeric) and half the chopped onions. Braise well until dry, taste for masala and salt, add if needed. Add in balance of onions and a small piece of butter. Cook until well done. Cool, add in chopped greens...
