INGREDIENTS
Cake
2 cups castor sugar
2 cups cake flour
4 eggs
¾ cup oil
1 cup milk
15 ml baking powder
5 ml vanilla essence
50 ml cocoa
200 ml boiling water
Chocolate Ganache
Slab chocolate
½ tin Dessert Cream
White Drip
Slab milk chocolate
METHOD
Chocolate Cake
Beat castor sugar and oil
add one egg at a time and mix in vanilla essence
Sift flour and baking powder , mix well
add milk
lastly add mixture of cocoa and boiling water
BAKE FOR +- 30 minutes
Ganache
Melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water on the stove
Use approximately half can of dessert cream and combine with melted chocolate.
White Drip
Melt in bowl over boiling water on stove.
