Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 cups fresh cream
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tin condensed milk
1 egg yolk
½ cup Choc chip

Method :
Whip cream and vanilla to stiff peaks.
Slowly add the condensed milk until thoroughly combined. Whisk the yolk and mix well.
Lastly fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into a airtight container or mould. Freeze for overnight.
