INGREDIENTS
2 chicken fillet cut in cubes
Marinate with
3 teaspoon garlic paste
Tandoori masala
Salt
Jerro powder
Red chilie powder
1 tablespoon yougurt
1 tablespoon fresh cream
Lili red colour
Tandoori paste
Marinte for 1 hour
METHOD
Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil add chicken and cook for about 15/ 20 minutes leave aside
In a pot heat oil add whole jerro and 1 chopped onion fry tell brown
Add 3 grind tomatoes 2 tablespoon tomato paste 3 teaspoon ginger garlic paste salt chilie powder tandoori masala jerro powder 1 tablespoon yougurt let it cook for about 10min add chicken and cook for 15 minutes add whole chilies dry Methi (Fenugreek) and fresh dhania (coriander)
