INGREDIENTS
                      1 cup Cake flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
Pinch salt
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1 cup boiling water
                    
METHOD
                      - Sieve flour & baking powda in2 a big 
bowl, add salt & sugar. 
- Line a large microwavable dish with a 
sheet of papertowel (no greasing). Set 
aside.
- In a seperate bowl combine oil, eggs & 
essence. 
- In anotha bowl dissolve cocoa into 
boiling water. 
- Now add egg mix 2 flour mixture & stir 
2 combine.
- Then add cocoa mix 2 this mixture & 
stir till smooth & no lumps. 
- Pour batter into lined dish & 
microwave for 5-8 minutes (do 4 minutes first 
then keep doin 1-2 minutes til no wets 
spots ontop)
- Turn out on2 wire rack topped with a 
piece of greaseproof. Take off 
papertowel & let cool b4 decorating.
                    
INFO & TIPS
                      I top with ganache (melt 2 slabs chocn 
then add 1 tspm butter and milk till as 
thick as you like) or Woolies chocolate 
ready mix icing. Awsome if you use whole
