INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken pieces/fillet½ bottle Amina's Portuguese marinade1 tablespoon mustard sauce2 tablespoon tomato sauce1 teaspoon salt (to taste)1 teaspoon chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo (coriander cumin) powder1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon dried rosemary(Red chilli paste- optional for more heat)
METHOD
1. Heat a little oil in pot, add spices and braise till fragrant, add chicken and coat. 2. Mix in all other ingredients and coat well and allow to cook through. 3. Cook sauce down if do not want saucy. Serve with roti/naan/savory rice
