INGREDIENTS
500g penne pasta500g chicken fillet (cubed)1 tablespoon garlic2 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon ground green chilli1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)2 cups frozen corn2 cups grated/julienned carrots 1 cup diced green pepper750ml milk¼ cup cake flour30g butterSalt and pepper (to taste)Crushed red chilliesOregano
METHOD
1. Cook chicken with garlic, lemon, oil, chillies and spices until halfway done.
2. Add corn, carrots and peppers and cook till done.
3. Make white sauce by heating butter, add milk and heat. Whisk in flour and whisk until thickened and smooth.
4. Boil pasta with little oil and salt until al-dente.
5. Mix chicken and white sauce with pasta and place in an oven proof dish. Garnish with rough red chillies and oregano and reheat in oven when needed.
