INGREDIENTS
6 chicken fillets
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon crush garlic
½ teaspoon crush black pepper
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
juice of 1 lemon
1 large packet cheese & onion crisp
2 cups grated cheese
and butter
METHOD
Flatten fillets. Marinate all spices accept crisps.Marinate for 2 hours .Crush crisps fine .Dip each fillet in crisps.Layer in pyrex dish.Dot fillets with butter.Bake for 20 minutes then sprinkle grated cheese over and allow to melt for 5 minutes in oven .Remove and serve .
