INGREDIENTS
½ kg Chicken fillets cubed (medium sized cubes)salt to taste½ teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon. barbecue spice1 tablespoon. garlic flakes½ tablespoon. ground green chillies1 tablespoon. fine red chillies½ tablespoon. origanum½ tablespoon. mixed herbs2 tablespoon. oil2 tablespoon. mayonnaise2 tablespoon tomato sauce¼ cup fresh lemon juice
METHOD
1. Marinate all of the above overnight.2. Tread pieces of chicken fillets on skewer alternating with cubed green peppers, cubed tomatoes,cubed onions & cubed pineapple.3.Grease an oven tray with little oil and bake at 180*C until water dries up.4. Pour the ffg. sauce over sosaties before serving:2 tablespoon. butter1 teaspoon. freshly ground garlic2 tablespoon. fresh lemon juice1 tablespoon. Worcester sauce1 tablespoon. Chilli sauce1 tablespoon. Tomato suce1 teaspoon. Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon. sugar1 teaspoon. fine red chilies½ cup fresh creamBoil all of the above until a thick consistency & pour hot over sosaties.
