Custard soji (semolina) Recipe credz:@bntbshyr Piccredz: @sameera_haff36 Ingredients Braise together 1 ½ cup semolina 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 2 cinnamon sticks 2 cardamom pods Mix separately 1 cup milk 1 cup boiling water 1 cup ultra mel custard 1 tablespoon custard powder Pinch of cardamom powder Saffron Sugar to taste Add to semolina. Cook on low heat. Steam until done. Mix custard and cream together. Drizzle before serving.
