Boil thick slices of potato until done. Keep aside.
½ onion 3 col peppers 1 carrot cubed Mushrooms Stir fry onions, colour peppers, carrots & Mushroom in ghee (Clarified butter). Add salt, pepper , lemon pepper & mixed herbs.
Sauce : ½ cup mayo 2 tablespoon chilli sauce 1 tablespoon hot sauce 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Mix everything together. Just before serving, Beat an egg with salt and chilli powder. Dip aloo slices in flour, then egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Shallow fry until golden .
Slit 6 buns in half Smear the mayo sauce on bun, add a slice of processed cheese, spoon stir fry over, then place aloo slice over, drizzle with prego sauce and close.
