500g chicken fillet (cubed)
2 green bell peppers (cut into flat pieces)
1 onion (sliced)
1 piece taj
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
3⁄4 teaspoon salt
Pinch turmeric powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 large tomatoes (liquidized)
Braise onion in oil with taj until golden.
Add masala and spices, braise till fragrant, then add chicken and lemon.
Mix well and cook till no water remains.
Add tomatoes and pepper and cook till pepper is tender and a thick gravy forms.
Serve with bread or roti.
