INGREDIENTS
Chicken & Bell Pepper Curry

Ingredients:500g chicken fillet (cubed)2 green bell peppers (cut into flat pieces)1 onion (sliced)1 piece taj2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder¾ teaspoon saltPinch turmeric powder1 tablespoon lemon juice2 large tomatoes (liquidized)
METHOD
Braise onion in oil with taj until golden.
Add masala and spices, braise till fragrant, then add chicken and lemon.
Mix well and cook till no water remains.
Add tomatoes and pepper and cook till pepper is tender and a thick gravy forms.
Serve with bread or roti.
