Simple lunch/light meal idea
1 tin tuna in brine
1⁄4 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pickled sliced jalapenos/gherkins
Sundried tomatoes (sliced)
Slice bagels in half. Lightly butter insides and toast in oven.
Mix spices into tuna.
Place down lettuce. Then tuna. Then jalapenos/gherkins, then tomatoes, then drizzle over light mayo.
Best to serve whilst bagel is still toasty.
