1 loaf Rye (black seed)/sour dough bread, sliced Steers Prego or Peri Peri sauce Sliced plum tomatoes Sliced mozzarella cheese Washed rocket leaves
Dressing: Olive oil Balsamic vinegar Garlic flakes Coarse black pepper Salt
Lay slices of bread in an oven tray and spread the sauce over. Top with tomato slices, mozzarella and rocket leaves. Drizzle the dressing on top. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees until cheese is melted.
