INGREDIENTS
500ml milk
100g cadbury dairymilk(grated)
45g sugar
300ml water
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
125ml fresh cream
1 scoop ice cream
cocoa powder to decorate
METHOD
add all in a pan on stove starting with
milk. warm but dont boil. whisk till
frothy. add to cup and place scoop of
ice cream in each and sprinkle with cocoa
powder.
