Cookies And Cream

INGREDIENTS

225g butter
225g sugar
225g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 box oreos

METHOD

put oven on 180
put all except cookies in mixer.beat for
2-3 minutes. crush oreos and fold in
mixture. bake @ 180 for 15-20 minutes.

icing:
beat ½ cup butter(room temperature)
2 cups icing sugar
add 2 teaspoon vanilla essence and beat.add
½ tub cream and beat. spread over
cuppies and sprinkle crushed oreos
over.optional decorate with dust
