half kilo Binda wash wipe dry with a paper towel slice sprinkle salt and haldi quarter teaspoon put a little oil enough to cover nonstick pan fry wen halfway frying slice half onion let it cook with Binda till crisp move on 1 side of pan add 2 tomatoes on the other side of same pan cook on high add chilli powder 1 teaspoon and little salt for abt few minutues till tomato is cooked but moist mix bhinda in braise few minutes remove from stove garnish with dhania (coriander) and curry leaves

METHOD

Serve with roti,eggs or toast
