1 bunch chopped spinach washed To spinach add Quarter cup sourmilk 1 small ground tomato Salt Red chillies to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon bbq/chicken spice Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter)..add spinach and cook till done Then add half cup fresh cream and boil till thickens 1 cup cubed cooked chicken fillet
In a tray/pyrex layer a sheet of pastry..spread spinach and chicken over..cover with onion and tomato slices..sprinkle with cheese and crumbled feta..cover with another piece of pastry..brush with egg and sprinkle with parsley/sesame seeds.bake at 180 for 20-25 minutes
