Saucy Chops N Chips Casserole

INGREDIENTS


1 kg chops
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon green chillies
½ teaspoon whole black peppercorns
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
4 tablespoon sour milk
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
Marinate chops in above for a few hours..cook with water until done..do not burn out dry..add 1 small ground tomato

1 large onion sliced
Saute with ghee (Clarified butter),donot brown,add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 tablespoon vinegar and sizzle..then add 2 tablespoon worchestire sauce
Add
1 tomato sliced
Half green pepper sliced
Layer over cooked chops
Layer in an ovenproof dish..

METHOD

Peel 3 large potatoes,cut into thick chips and fry like normal.season with salt/chillies
Cover chops with chips
Cover with cheese...bake on 180 until cheese melted and warmed through.
Serve hot with roti
