Crispy Coated Chicken

INGREDIENTS

Crisp coated chicken

1 kg chicken fillet
Marinate in-
4 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon green masala
4 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon dry dhana
2 tablespoon garlic sauce
Pinch arad (Turmeric)

Sliced Cheese
Doritos Chips
Egg
Flour

METHOD

Marinate chicken and set aside for and hour or 2, Crush a big packet of Doritos Sweet Chilli (Blue packet), Roll slice cheese and place in chicken and roll chicken like a swiss roll.Thereafter roll chicken in flour and then dip in egg. Once done roll in Doritos chips, cover with foil and bake at 180 degree for 25 minutes.

INFO & TIPS

You can also just marinate in Amina chicken tikka spice only.
