INGREDIENTS
175ml Greek yoghurt½ English cucumber peeled,deseeded & grated1 teaspoon crushed garlic2 teaspoon white vinegar3 teaspoon fresh mint finely choppedsalt & pepper
METHOD
Pour the vinegar over the grated cucumber.Place cucumber in a clean tea towel,turn both ends of the tea towel as tightly as possible in order to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.Place cucumber in a serving dish & mix with the remaining of the ingredients.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with biryani & akni.
