175ml Greek yoghurt
½ English cucumber peeled,deseeded &
1 teaspoon. crushed garlic
2 teaspoon. white vinegar
3 teaspoon. fresh mint finely chopped
salt & pepper
Pour the vinegar over the grated
Place cucumber in a clean tea
towel,turn both ends of the tea towel
as tightly as possible in order to
squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Place cucumber in a serving dish & mix
with the remaining of the ingredients.
