250g penne pasta
2 cups marinara sauce
1 small sachet tomato paste
1 teaspoon rough red chillies
3 tablespoon red grape juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Grated mozzarella cheese
2 cups cooked cubed chicken.
Heat sauce in a pan with juices, chillies and tomato paste.
Boil pasta in salted water till al-dente. Transfer pasta to sauce. Toss and garnish with cheese and basil
