INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon rough red chillies ½ teaspoon salt1 tablespoon lemon juice1kg hake piecesOil for shallow frying
Sauce-60g butter1 teaspoon paprika2 tablespoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon dried parsley125ml fresh cream
METHOD
Marinate fish
Boil sauce ingredients. Leave aside.
Heat pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Add sauce to pan and add fish. Cook, basting fish until done.
Serve with chips.
