INGREDIENTS
Filling-2 chicken fillet (cubed)1 tablespoon crushed garlic½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cumin powder¼ teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon garlic sauce¼ cup frozen mixed veg
Also needed-3 sweet palermo peppersGrated gouda cheeseGrated mozzarella cheese
METHOD
1. Slit peppers lengthwise. 2. Deseed and rinse. You will have 6 pieces.3. Cook chicken with above ingredients except sauce. 4. When halfway done add veg and sauce. 5. Cook till no water remains.6. Spoon into peppers.7. Sprinkle cheese.8. Place in oven at 180 deg and bake till peppers are tender.
