INGREDIENTS
3 sweet palermo peppers2 tablespoon oil200g beef mince1 teaspoon ground red chillies1 tablespoon garlic½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon brown vinegar½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powderPinch turmeric powder¼ cup marinara sauce¼ cup cream cheeseGrated mozzarella cheeseItalian herbs
METHOD
Slit peppers lengthwise. Deseed and rinse. You will have 6 pieces.Heat oil, add garlic, chillies, spices and vinegar. Add in mince, mix well. Cook till no water remains, add sauce. Cook till thickened. Spoon cream cheese into peppers.Spoon over mince.Sprinkle cheese and herbs.Place in oven at 180 deg and bake till peppers are tender.
