3 sweet palermo peppers
1⁄4 cup marinara sauce
1⁄4 cup cream cheese
Grated gouda cheese
Slit peppers lengthwise. Deseed and rinse. You will have 6 pieces.
Boil spaghetti in salted water till al-dente.
Toss in sauce.
Spoon cream cheese into peppers.
Arrange over noodles.
Place in oven at 180 deg and bake till peppers are tender.
