INGREDIENTS
60grm butter
half cup flour
1 litre milk
1 litre water
1 packet thick veg soup
1 tin creamstlye corn
250ml fresh cream
salt,slit green cillies to taste
METHOD
Braise butter and flour.Remove from
stove,add half litre milk,half litre
water,using whisk so no lumps form.Put
on stove,bring to boil.Add soup mixed
with water.Lower heat and Boil till
thick.Add sweetcorn and milk.Simmer.Add
fresh cream last.Add water if necessary.
OPT : COOK FILLET WITH SALTjeeru (cumin)>
