INGREDIENTS

Bread slices
Prepared mash seasoned with salt,pepper,green chillies
Polony slices


METHOD

Spread mash on bread slices..spread with green chutney/chutney of choice (optional)place polony slices on mash..cover with other slice of bread
Cut into 4 triangles or squares.dip in beaten egg and fry in a non stick pan in shallow oil till golden
