INGREDIENTS
1 kilo chicken fillet cubed fine or mince 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon ground green chili or less if u dnt eat strong ( sauces are strong too ) 1 teaspoon salt or more 1 chopped up jalapeño ( optional ) ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon jeera powder 1 cup jalapeño sauce of your choice( I used Jojo ) ¼ cup crystal hot sauce ( u can taste and add more ? 2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon butterOil 2 cups finely grated chedder cheese2 cups grated mozzarella cheese ¼ cup freshly chopped spring onions (optional )

METHOD
Add oil and butter to a pot along with the ginger , garlic , green chili and braise Add the cubed chicken or mince , along with the spices and allow to cook u til water starts to come out , add lemon juice and chopped up jalapeño and cook until water almost dry . Now add the sauces and cook on medium to low heat until it’s no longer wet . Allow to cook completely Add spring onion and cheese .
Fill samoosa Dunk in egg And then bread crumbs
