INGREDIENTS
Beef-2 tablespoon oil500g beef pieces1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powderPinch tumeric powder1 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon brown vinegar
Salad:Cucumber slicesJulienned carrotsJulienned red pepperFrilly crisp lettuceBaby plum tomatoes quarteredDiced fresh orange Sunflower seedsSesame seedsLow cal salad dressing
METHOD
Heat oil. Add masala and spices and braise till fragrant. Add steak, mustard and vinegar and coat well.Cook till tender (adding water if needed) and when cooled a little, shred.
Toss with salad ingredients and drizzle on dressing.
INFO & TIPS
Store left over shredded steak in airtight container in freezer.
Thaw and warm when making next salad.
