500g pasta of choice500g chicken fillet cubes1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon garlic1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)Pinch turmeric1 tablespoon lemon juice
Veg-2 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon lemon juiceDash oregano¼ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)¼ teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon garlic1 punnet button mushrooms sliced3 carrots julienned/diced2 cups frozen corn1 green pepper dicedZucchini (optional) sliced
Sauce-60g butter3 cups milk1 cup water¼ cup flourSalt and pepper
Garnish-Italian herbsGrated mozzarella cheese
Heat butter in a pan, add lemon juice and mushrooms. Cook till water releases. Pour out water. Add spices and other veg with 1 more tablespoon butter and saute for few minutes (till corn is tender).
Cook chicken until done. Add veg to chicken.
Heat water and milk, add butter, meltin, then whisk in flour.Continue whisking until sauce is thickened. (pouring consistency).
Boil pasta in salted water till al-dente. Drain and mix in sauce.Add chicken and veg and mix in.
Spoon in oven proof dish, garnish with cheese and herbs. Melt cheese in oven.
